The Ireland Australia Association was founded in 1981 and has been a social beacon for all Australians on the island of Ireland ever since. The primary objective of the organisation is to establish a social community for all ex-pats missing our beautiful home Down Under.

Our Association benefits greatly from the support of the Australian Embassy Dublin. We're honoured that HE Gary Gray, Australian Ambassador to Ireland is Patron of the Ireland Australia Association (2020 - Present). Through our relationship with the Australian Embassy in Dublin, we strive to further the people to people links between Ireland and Australia.
